The new Version 7.5 CD accelerates IEEE-1149.6 test development with new automation features. ScanExpress TPG now includes automatic identification and classification of resistors and capacitors involved in IEEE-1149.6 high speed, AC-coupled, and differential circuits.
CD improvements also include:
- New scripting functions including SPI & I2C functions, GPIO control, third-party program execution, and access to test session information.
- Support for multiple ID codes per boundary-scan device.
- Project archive wizard for exporting, transporting, and restoring ScanExpress projects.
- New ScanExpress JET support for ARM Cortex-M3 & Cortex-A8 cores.
- Additional ScanExpress JET processor support for STM32x, MPC831x, i.MX1, and i.MXL CPUs.
