The new Version 6.6 now combines ScanExpress JET with the uniquely expanded capabilities of both ScanExpressTPG test development and ScanExpress Runner test execution software. These developments represent a quantum leap in automatic circuit board testing.
The JTAG Emulation Test (JET) method extends coverage beyond popular boundary-scan techniques to virtually every signal of the UUT that is accessible by on-board CPU(s). This includes most of the remaining non-scanable, analog and I/O port resources. It also runs full-speed functional verification without requiring modifications to the circuit or its onboard firmware.
The seamless integration of JTAG Functional Emulation Test with boundary-scan also now includes support for Corelis’ sister company Blackhawk’s JTAG Emulators, a preferred solution for testing TI DSP devices.
